A credit card is required to reserve appointments. Your card will not be charged until after the service has been provided or in the event of a late cancellation or no-show (see policies below).

Referral Program

Since much of our business comes from referrals from satisfied clients, we offer a referral program that rewards you for referring new clients!

  • For each new client you refer, you’ll receive $10 towards your next service. Additionally, for every 5 new clients that are successfully referred, you’ll receive one, 60 minute session for free! 
  • The new client must complete their first session before you receive the $10 credit.
  • Referral credits may not be applied towards gift certificates.
  • Referred clients must be new.




We understand that life happens, and sometimes you can’t avoid canceling an appointment at the last minute. In an effort to be equitable to all clients and respectful of everyone’s time, we have adopted the following policies.

Cancellations: Appointments that are rescheduled or cancelled with less than 24-hours notice will be billed at the full amount. If you need to change or cancel your appointment please call within 24-hours to avoid being charged.

We understand that emergencies and illnesses do occur, and we will assess these situations on a case by case basis. If you are sick please let us know!

Late Arrivals:If you’re running late, your session may be shortened by the amount of time missed. This is to prevent schedule back-ups and to ensure the schedules of other clients remain unaffected. If you are late, you will be responsible for paying the full amount of your service regardless of the length of treatment given. We will make every effort to offer you the “full” treatment time, but understand that this may not be possible in many circumstances.

No-Shows: If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will be considered a no-show. You will be responsible for the full cost of the appointment you scheduled.
